Poor Training culture, office politics on peek, work life balance were pathetic. In experience person was heading the sales. Unorganized strategies were there.

Work Details

It was like one man army. One perso has to handle sales, door to door sales, marketing, finance, expenses of the center and all the clerical work. Late night whatsapp group chatting and discussing about the sales.

Work life balance was good , work culture was good , Salary on time , good leave policy.

Dislikes

Two points . 1. Appraisal was not as per industry standards. 2. HT didn't give responsibility and promotion as per knowledge and Experience , personal biasedness due to inexperienced person on key position office somehow it become dating place and that affect the actual work. Rest everything was perfect.
