Only freshers are given importance. The Expereinced candidates are treated like shit. They are never given their due importance. The HR shifts employees from process to process even without their skill sets matching when a particular process comes to an end. In my case I had a medical issue and brought it to their notice instead of addressing it in the right way they had put me in PIP.My PF concerns were not addressed although I had sent them mails. The HR responded to me after I wrote several mails to them for releiving. The Managers under whom I had worked refused to give me their references. I had put in around 8 years there.
