Rich environment and a great management. Anything you want to learn can be arranged either in-house or outside. Job security is at par, highly stable organisation to work till your retirement. Work life balance is good here, consuming your leave balance is mandatory which are so many that out of 12 you’ll be on leave for about 2 months. They promote hybrid work culture and transportation is provided to all employees. Employee well-being is taken care here, one can speak to either certified mental health expert colleagues, his managers or can simply just take leaves to het recharged. Great work culture. Good onshore offshore co-ordination with London, HK. Plenty of opportunities and a open policy towards internal mobility across functions.
