Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇

The dislikes are- 1. Too much micro management 2. God complex in owners and higher ups 3. They don't follow what they preach 4. They talk about development of other organisations but in their own company people are not happy and are not satisfied 5. Negative energy in the room, because of too much of micromanagement people don't like to go to office 6. Very high attrition rate- they don't know what to do with new employees and are just hiring even more. 7. There is no place to sit in the office and everything is congested 8. If you are new and on lower position no one will value you. You would be treated as shit and you opinions will no longer matter 9. They don't have any HR in their own office and every thing is micro managed. 10. They don't believe in work life balance and expect everyone to work 24/7.
