It's a good experience working with HPM team.Its a farmer friendly company having very good products.Managment is fair for each one.Its really nice working with a supportive teammates.

Dislikes

Techno commercial information of new products should be given time to time.Training should be given to the new joiners.

Work Details

Starting with HPM I faced quite difficult to rebuilt a good team.But it's now quite smooth working with my team and satisfied with my job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
