Nothing is good there, Engineering managers are very incompetent. They are not even Technical.

Dislikes

1: Small company, Bad Cluture, Favoritism and managers prefer to hire only relatives or the person who have backings. 2: Techical managers are incompenent, bad with people. 3: Even housing.com went through massive layoff 3 months back out of 230 people in Tech 80-90 people got laid off from different teams. I will never recommend anyone to join housing.com.

There is everything i dislike about housing.com.It is such a company where people especially freshers with 1 year of experience are fired without any further notice. They always boast about how good culture is in the housing.com.But there are people who are trash .Even the people who are high performer are given low rating in appraisal ,even the manager has no clue about how their mentees are fired,everything is done by higher management...Read More

Not a good company to work for. What you do is not reflected in your rating. Favoritism or Politics is at it it's peak. Forget about Promotion/Increment, I have seen good performer being thrown out without giving any notice. After telling this, still you plan to join then Best Of Luck.

This is not a long time place for new bees and Hard workers. Very tough to sustain and get incentives. If manager supports the new bee then possible to get incentives or salary increase. I wasted my 2 years of career here.

Worst behavior in HR team treat employees in ill behavior .No one to listen HR Team problem all things governed directly by CHRO. TABP role is worst among all the role there is no definition of work ,they are can ask anything to do without giving option to choose.

The main thing i like about working here is flexibility here we get more flexibility in respect to others.

Management who take decisions are not so good in making and applying an idea they just got an idea an implement it without discussing with its ground staff who have to work on that.
