Should i leave my company for money or WFH?

i have recently joined a USA based startup which recently started a tech team in india with a hybrid but I don't like my team and how the managers and PO don't have any idea about things. I am getting a salary of 40L fixed and bonus over and above this, i have 4.5 years of exp any idea which companies i should target and how much i can get also claw back on joining bonus for 12 months. Its been only 4-5 months. please suggest what should i do?

I think this should be the last option for everyone who is looking out for a job change. If tou dont have anything in hand feel free to join the company, but keep your search on, because the day you join seniors will start blackmailing you and if you dont perform since day 1 within first 50 days PIP will be issued to you, and you will be thrown out.
