Pathetic work life balance, No job security, role are totally different from what it was mentioned, HR team is very toxic so much politics within the team and so much of unnecessary pressure plus so much of micro management and unachievable targets which are just like sales, Do Not join this company even you're unemployed as this company doesn't respect your privacy they will ask all unnecessary personal questions and force everyone to be a part of the conversation and if you oppose them or have some other view they will target you and make sure you quit your job rest all i can say is this place is not safe for any employees to work...Read More

Salary offered by them is good.Policies that are framed are good but they don’t get implemented as they should be tbh.

Ohh I can write a list about this. There is too much micromanagement in the HR department. Forget about work life management. They want you to give 100% time of yours in the company. Leaves are a big NO NO. All the policies that company has doesn’t apply to the HR department. Also the working days are Mon-Sun.

I can write an essay on this. The upper management of the HR team is so hard to work with. The team is very rigid and still in the old time era. Talking about the work life balance, i don't think this word even exist for the HR team. Here you will be expected to work on weekends as well and will give a vibrant reply if u wont replyto their email sent on Friday late evening. Their behavior changes the moment people come on notice period, they even hold the clearance even after serving complete notice period or they generally call and announce all of a sudden regarding the last working day without any discussion with the respective employee. This is not a long time place for new bees and Hard workers. Very tough to sustain and get incentives. If manager supports the new bee then possible to get incentives or salary increase. I wasted my 2 years of career here.
