On every quarter company provides training to their out of stations employees
From last quarter we are not having Job Security, Salary is also very low as per the standard Manager and his teammates salary is almost same, there is also no hike on relocation and no other benefits when the managers of band 1 are transfered, there is a partiality between City Manager and Company EBO Area Manager they are treated as company employees but City Managers are treated as outsiders. Everything about this company is good but the only problem is the work pressure which is too high. Sometimes we have to compromise with our personal life also.
My work is really challenging because I have to look after entire east region bussiness. Another reason is to be the best manger by giving outstanding performance.

Open Letter: A Call for Change at Anita Dongre Limited To Whom It May Concern, I served at Anita Dongre Limited for nearly nine years, dedicating my time and energy to a company I once believed in. However, since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, the atmosphere within the company has changed dramatically, to the detriment of its staff and overall culture. The introduction of a new zone manager in 2023 marked the beginning of an era characterized by harassment, unreasonable sales pressure, and a complete disregard for employee well-being. Managers like myself were subjected to daily threats of termination and constant humiliation during meetings and calls. Despite not having another job lined up, I made the difficult decision to resign. I was not alone—many of my fellow managers followed suit, unable to tolerate the toxic environment any longer. It pains me to say that this culture of fear and disrespect continues. The employees who once worked under my supervision are still being harassed by current managers, and it seems that the company has abandoned its moral and ethical standards. No one on the staff is happy, yet they remain trapped due to limited job opportunities elsewhere. The situation is dire. Anita Dongre Limited has closed numerous counters and almost every store outlet in the North region due to operational issues and losses. The few remaining outlets are barely hanging on. Recommendations for Improvement: 1. Revitalize Ethical Leadership: Reintroduce a leadership style that values empathy, respect, and ethical behavior. Managers should be trained to lead with compassion, not fear. 2. Implement Employee Support Systems : Establish clear channels for employees to voice concerns without fear of retribution. A well-functioning HR department is crucial in addressing grievances and maintaining staff morale. 3. Reduce Unrealistic Sales Pressure : Set achievable sales targets that motivate rather than demoralize employees. Pressure should inspire productivity, not anxiety. 4. invest in Employee Developmnt : Provide training and development opportunities to help employees grow within the company, fostering loyalty and reducing turnover. 5. Rebuild Company Culture : Reinforce the company’s core values and ensure that all levels of management are aliged with these principles. A strong, positive culture can be the foundation for long-term success.
