There is hybrid model. Good work culture and peaceful environment. Pune office area is big and sufficient space to move around. Indoor plants and book corner makes it positive. Coffee or different types of tea, hot or cold water, biscuits and cookies in the jar helps to refresh your mind in cafe corner. Interior is refreshing. Mobile recharge postpaid and internet wifi reimbursement is available apart from salary....Read More

Dislikes

Sometimes you need to take late night calls like 11 pm IST. It is hybrid it should remote. No cabs facility available. It is a bit far from my stay like 1 hour it takes to come to office.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
