Nothing. When you hear ‘Hotstar’, One would think about how structured and process oriented the organisation/teams would be and how it would enhance one’s career. Well, it’s the totally opposite of that! There is politics, lack of respect and unnecessary pressure at all levels which leads to people quitting the organisation within 6-8 months (especially Talent Acquisition team). This high attrition rate has been constant in the team since long and no one has addressed to it due to dirty politics! Zero stability. Zero respect....Read More

Disney Hotstar! A fairy tale to some. But this is fairy tale gone terribly wrong! Toxic team. Toxic work environment across the organisation not just within HR. the talent acquisition head should learn how to speak to her team members. There is no respect for team members.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. A very bad experience which is reflected by other employees and results in large scale attrition. Managers should learn to respect team members. Bullying and intimidation and veiled threats seems to be the norm - not expected from Disney Hotstar
