Heartless Director and Ruthless Owner. No rules and regulations with a bunch of crack and hopeless seniors and Managers.

A place where we can learn in every single moment and get the support of all the teammates. Sometimes the work atmosphere needs more improvement for any fresher & the experienced seniors are not getting that much of respect from a particular department's HOD. We do get Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner here, the rest everything is okay.

Dislikes

Salary structure is a bit less than the other comparative hotels. There is a lack of upgradation in every single field. A bit politics runs here in few particular departments. Leave policy is not good here, like staffs never get leave on National Holidays, Durga Puja & on International Holidays too. One Day leave even costs One Day Salary deduction.

Work Details

It's an exciting field when I look over the PR or an Accountant of this hotel, but sometimes my hands are tied with many barriers, where my new implementations, offers are being introduced here with lot of challenges.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
