Company running from 1994 and very good reputation in market team mates and management staff too good Falak restaurant of hotel win award for best food in jammu last year over all kc residency is a good hotel

Everything is good in hotel only one problem is that one has to work as a casual employ for at least one year

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
