The hotel is located in a Excellent Location, as a employee we have requirements something like food & accommodation. The hotel manager was really rude & his behavior and attitude is really worst on the employees. I think his responsible will be decrease to the management. From the Hotel Formule1 Chennai OMR Staff no one has workedmore then 5 Years only for the Hotel Manager. Job Security : If you will not walk as per the hotel manager. Hotel Manager will ask to put the resignation paper on that day itself....Read More

My work was good and my colleges were very helpful and coordinator. One of the best park was Formule1 Chennai OMR Operation Manager (Mr. Yashwant Nagamalla) was the best manager at the property.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
