It is a good profit & GOP maintained business hotel. Vast FnB business opportunity with good rooms. Behaviour of owner Mr. Kabi Dutta is one of the best.

Dislikes

Pathetic strategy from so called management -- Unit Director who actually spoiling the place along with the HR manager who having a tie up with consultancy to provide candidates for a certain period of time & then kicking them out to get new candidates hereby making money.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
