Everything, will have to submit plan of the day. Like what are you going to do, don’t work but share what are you going to do, don’t go in meetings but share what are you going to do. And update it regularly in HRMS as salary will be deducted, leaves are having some glitch, you are responsible. The worst, irritating company

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
