The experience of company is overall good, here is job security, policy for customer and employees also, Teammates were supportive here and Crore team is helping to enhance the services.

Actually here some issue is about payroll they were never give payment on time

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
