1. Brand- Good (UOP has very good reputation in the market, but after Honeywell over taken UOP-Brand name has started degrading. but still it is okay) 2. Documentation- Good (Well structured and documented knowledge) 3. Compensation- Moderate (With respect to the work load, feels compensation is too low) 4. Training- Poor (Skill, Technology, Soft skill training- Nil. but company provides one time intensive training to get hand off experience on UOP Engineering tools) 3.
