1. Brand- Good (UOP has very good reputation in the market, but after Honeywell over taken UOP-Brand name has started degrading. but still it is okay) 2. Documentation- Good (Well structured and documented knowledge) 3. Compensation- Moderate (With respect to the work load, feels compensation is too low) 4. 1. Work load- High (Very high in NAO, Hydro-treating groups comparatively) 2. Training- Poor (Skill, Technology, Soft skill training- Nil. but company provides one time intensive training to get hand off experience on UOP Engineering tools) 3. Work Environment- Poor (Sr. People and Management feel insure and created a poor work environment) 4. Ethics- Less (not employee friendly, Poor HR policies, unusual firing at Covid-19 situation without proper justification) 5. Job Security- Less (US based company- Hire and Fire policy, Anything can happen at any time) 6. Growth- Slow (Initial 5 years at UOP career growth is slow, since it is management judging time of individual capabilities) 7. Knowledge- Less (well documented knowledge but hardly get time to have a look of the documents) 8. Engineering Tools- Up to mark (Well designed UOP engineering tools, get more exposure to play with the tools, but not the content) 9. Technology exposure- Moderate (Until Process coordinator position (min. 5 years at UOP)- Nil, later good exposure) 10.
