Loved Work culture, leaders were approachable at any point of time.
During my tenure with Honeywell could find there was a work pressure and there was no immediate support given, like if any employee left from the team there was no immediate replacement or no replacement ...we had to take up additional activity and were over burdened.
Was not able to balance work-life as had to spend 13-14hrs every day as there was no replacement given

Honeywell is Pay Master. Both sides offer free transport for people to log out post-9 pm onwards.
NO promotions, once you become a Senior financial analyst here, then it will be a full stop. You can't expect the next position if you wait 10 years also. Plenty of people have been in the same Senior analyst position for the past 10 years. Except for salary, no additional benefit here. Not giving internet reimbursement also. Lots of cost-cutting started.
