Managing persons and especially IT perspective, top Management leaders are not driving correctly and more voluminous work expected rather than quality deliverables.

I am not satisfied overall as more work is pushed to employees and moreover some business systems are not matured and expect quality and quantity work without proper inputs. Job profile and expectation does not match.

No likes at all. Worst management and all lies. Please go through the dislikes which i mentioned. Only because of internal politics employee's life will be spoiled means till the date i didnt believe but when it happened to me I can't stop myself to make others believe. If you are really planning to attend interview in Honeywell think 1000times before attending the interview itself because when you can't see grow here why should you attend first. Internal politics, they won't let grow and even if employee is asking for opportunities also no of the concerns will be noticed or taken care. Worst team management. No recognition for work. Just for the name sake people talk that you will get promotion and stuff but finally they will put same rating same percentage. Overall company and its acceleration program is good, but some of the band 4 sitting for long period are not productive and completely in comfort zone. That's causes work load, unrealistic data preparation, implementation strategies are not effectively adopted by these professionals.

HRS organization is highly corrupted and its starts from the leadership in US specifically HRS top leader and one of her subordinate. They spend organization money without any control the best example is couple of years back they moved all the HRS operations work from India to Manila and paid hefty severance and now they closed the Manila hub and again paid the severance there and moved back all the process to India. There is a worst HRS leader in India who don't have operations back ground and he expects everyone to be in the office regularly and he comes ones in a while and leave early (just for the sake of attendance in office)with the support of the US leadership. They also closely partner with vendors and loot Honeywell money. Hope someone in the leadership external to HR organization /Honeywell will do the investigation...Read More

Honeywell is Pay Master. Both sides offer free transport for people to log out post-9 pm onwards.

NO promotions, once you become a Senior financial analyst here, then it will be a full stop. You can't expect the next position if you wait 10 years also. Plenty of people have been in the same Senior analyst position for the past 10 years. Except for salary, no additional benefit here. Not giving internet reimbursement also. Lots of cost-cutting started.

Okay, where do I start!!. 1. Its a master-slave culture, you should a**-kissing your managers every time. 2. A lot of favouritism. 3. A lot of managers compared to employees. 4. Terrible HR team 5. No proper food arrangement 6. Furloughs are very much common. If you don't know what does furlough means, google it !!, you will get toknow. 7. Terrible leadership and top management, they just care about JIRA ticket logging and not a even think about quality of product. 8. Yes, all those fancy numbers you see on media , its all fake !! 9. Hell lot of silent layoff, they do layoff very often and not have decency to communicate in media, because then share price would go down. Slow growth, monotonous work, though I possibility is there for growth, but it seems favouritism, just for sale of taking interview internally from multiple candidates they takes the interview, though organization policy is quite good but it's the people who goes for networking rather than choosing good candidates
