Likes

Joined as a Project Trainee. The Organisation is extremely Big and there are Very Good learning Opportunities in any field/direction. The co-workers are good supporters professionally/morally/personally/monetary. Company Policy are per industry, the year on year increment is nominal.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Policies exist but in reality company does not address employee issues. Example : Monetary--- - There will be pay cuts - There will be lay offs - Pay increment Reversals - No Market / Mid Year Correction - No Overtime pay Growth-- - Intern to advance software eng is slow, post which extreme politics. - Software Tools are Properitery Work life Balance-- overworked underpaid Benefits are reduced every 3 years....Read More
