Nothing. It is good for local people, they take it as a part-time job and they handle their business outside. Or many of them just sit and wait for retirement from here. Managers and directors are not here by their quality but they are just sitting here for 15 years and waiting for retirement.

They may also disrupt your personal life by sending you to the customer's location. Additionally, they might refuse to give you a salary hike because you received per diem (daily allowances on site, i.e., $50) at the customer site.
