Likes: Nothing. It is good for local people, they take it as a part-time job and they handle their business outside. Or many of them just sit and wait for retirement from here. Managers and directors are not here by their quality but they are just sitting here for 15 years and waiting for retirement. Dislikes: The company has no salary or position growth opportunities. There is a lot of politics from higher to lower levels, and no HR support for any issues. They may also disrupt your personal life by sending you to the customer's location. Post pandemic things have changed and there is a fear of job loss. Dislikes: After working for 10 years, i was asked to leave stating downsizing due to structural change in organisation.
