Likes

Pays and perks are Good. Job security is a good aspect to be thought of even in hard times. Policy wise Ethics are Qualitative but execution is concern

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Work life balance is gap area. Company revolves around numbers irrespective of Logics, Actuals, Malpractices etc. Freedom of expression is zero in some areas. Employee development is neglected. Growth & transfers are PR based. No GYM, NO outings, No, Cafeteria. Machine Tea is accounted. Reward n recognition is a nightmare.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Job satisfaction is based on Superior Strategy. Superior changed, everything changed. Hence no fixed policies.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
