The company has superlative standards and procedures. Everything is checked in detail. Very good remuneration, job security and hike percentage. Very much recommended for beginners.

Dislikes

The inevitable politics which is deep rooted in the current management which is in jeopardy. The seniors are very diplomatic. They promote favoritism and are always playing blame game. Also there is dearth of work in the management which is why they keep cribbing about smallest of the things. They don't value their real work force ,the employees who are working actually hard for them. It is a pity to see such a good organization falling slowly prey to some selfish and hard headed people....Read More
