Teammates are good, new innovations and ideas are in pipeline, work environment and work-life balance is good.

Dislikes

Right now things are bit shaky in the company, new management is trying to rectify problems but it will take some time. Employees had been sacked recently so there is sense of insecurity in people's mind. New staff coming in so I hope positive energy will flow and things will get better soon.

Job security - Poor
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

People need to start accepting new innovations, right now things are bit repetitive.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
