Training Was Good and a literally Easy That Time when I entered in Hs18. Teammates were cooperative We used To exchange Our Weak off that was Quite Good facility. Salary Was Average but incentive were Good if you Do Hardwork. That time can facility were being provided to us Which Saves Our Time and Money.

No Job security. When demonotisation had done Company Went on loss hence Fired Saveral employees. May be No can facility now . Lil Sales targets pressure everyday. Now it comes to listen that HS 18 And ShopClues Become partners. So I don't know that targets based But It is sure that the salary has been decreased compared to earlier.Earlier Hiring Process was too Difficult But Not Now. I can Suggest Those Job seeker's Who Haven't Any experience they can learn the environment of call centre here....Read More
