Location and culture of company is really nice.

They just say we care about our employees but in reality senior management doesn't bother about juniors and their work. TL only pressurised team and take credits of their work.

Salary is on time and this is the only good thing about this organization.

A Sales person's real earning is incentives. After working hard throughout the day, week, month, quarter and year you just have to wait and there's no end. Once you leave the organization, they dint even reply to your email, calls.
