Sales, collection, credit, customer service everything has to give by one man Middle managers Politics Monthly one new policy Cost cutting at incentives By putting all kind of checks in KRA Its like a trap, dont come here, u have to do 4-5members ( 4members ×20K rs) work with 35K per month

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
