About company culture and young enthusiastic colleagues. The freedom and the independence are the great thing you get here.

Work life balance is zero. You will be working without week offs and that too for months. No fix timing so you might end up working at 2 am at home and reaching at customers home at 6 am. Collection is the worst part the MBAs can ever imagine to do.
