As an Employee of HCI I got the support of my seniors always, and appreciations for good work and escalation handling.

need to take some feedback from lower level designation for example jr.operator,operator,sr.oprator,q.a,sr.qa,etc are the real assets of the company but if they have some problems with their managers or seniours or even HR they have one good platform that they speak and hide their identity, i know thor and alerts team is already there but once we filled complaint need to take action quickly to identify wht exactly done alerts team take lots of time i remember i complain in alerts and giving me results in 2 months then the that culprit done another intigrity issue and he got ztp by our manager but when i told that alert team if they perform quickly that culprit have no chance to make another issue.......Read More

I disliked everything about it. HR: not at all supportive, even if an employee justify his honesty based on company terms still they save AM/TLs for torturing employee, Management least bothered if the most experienced and educated team is suffering or having hard time with the AM/TLs, in the team of 30 they have 4 TL(I dont think Ihave say much after it), there is no career growth because the team of complaint specialists are more educated and experience than even AM/TL (they will never want eligible dereving empolyees to grow), even if an employee suggest for process improvement he is not appreciated rather discouraged to do their job rather than sugggesting managers. A company with no values no standard. People with self respect and dignity and who are honest hardly stays there....Read More
