There is no work or culture in this company. Sick people work here, most of which are referral hires and either are a part of senior management or family relative or known of HOD, who are not even competent or experienced enough to hold such positions. Female employees are regularly demeaned >> and i am talking about those women who are strong, ambitious but do not need shortcuts like pleasing your “boss” after office and are “competent”. Else you can be a part of key people of your respective HOD, who would not care if you are working or not, forget about quality and work performance. Shouting cuss words in shudh hindi which probably one may have not even heard. Basically there is no difference b/ w few senior management empl and any illiterate man living in slums or roadside. They sound the same most of the times. I had even caught one of the employee watching p*rn on mobile on his desk once, during office hours. Apalling is the fact that human resouce is led by a female but still i have never felt safe around my “boss”, so moch so my father started to pick and drop me to the office himself . HR is so incapable of even taking a cognizance of open harrassment at the hands of seniors. Worst place to work, infact this is not the place of anyone coming from a respectable family. Homecredit is creating benchmark for companies worst than lala companies. Everything, This company is doomed owing to such great leaders who like to be called “boss” or sir. Best place for loosers who can carry lunch boxes, water bottles of thier boss and help in daily chores at their house as well. For females , you know what is required.

Zero job security. Even the VPs are not safe. They make a strategy and expect benefits from next day, then they another strategy on third day and expect benefits from the 4th and this cycle goes forever. Senior management staff from Czech is miles away from the reality of Indian market, yet they are taking fat pay cheques and addingzero value to the company.
