There is nothing to be liked in the company, just the salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Zero job security. Even the VPs are not safe. They make a strategy and expect benefits from next day, then they another strategy on third day and expect benefits from the 4th and this cycle goes forever. Senior management staff from Czech is miles away from the reality of Indian market, yet they are taking fat pay cheques and adding zero value to the company.
