One thing here job is insecure company should give time to existing employee rather than putting them in PIP so that employee don't loose his hope and not to demotivatted.

The only nbfc in India who supported his/her employees on every platform, it is personal or professional both .management was very understanding in covid ,they educate every single person like SA ,dsm,asm,zsm. Every single moment seniors are available for help ,specially HR.thanks to everyone.
