Not at all supporting in COVID19 situation specially in lockdown. They are giving pressure to fullfill given targets and KPI's.

Company is Really Good in terms of pay. Management is very terrible, unsupportive. They keep giving pressure to achieve desired targets. Their is no transparency of targets and performance. Home Credit is very bad in terms of giving promotion and career growth as well as Increment. They not treat employees as their family members. They treat us as corporate workers. When the management team was from foreign the company was good and productivity and giving early appraisal. Can you imagine we have worked for three years without any appraisals. There is no appraisals policy for QA in home credit.
