Entire wood working industry including employees, customers, business partners and vendors thrived under the leadership of Mr.Govind. At global level it is really good organization to build career. HOMAG group commands over 30% of global marketshare. In India they had around 55% market share. Employees morale was quite high and employee turnover was zero. All the positive feedback listed here are absolutely fake! Current leadership including MD and departmental heads have no clue on how to lead a team or run an organisation. They are intoxicated in power due unchecked authority and newly found wealth (?). It's very unfortunate that global leadership team has turned a blind eye towards HOMAG India. Current phase of this organisation is a clear text book example of how not to run an organisation. Literally anything can and will happen in this organisation as per MD's mood swings. Employees are more concerned about their proximity to power than their work. Employees turnover has increased by 200% within a 2 to 3 years. Employees will be hired and fired at a drop of the hat! Dwindling sales and poor customer response may force this organisation to close their operations in India within 2 years. Only a miracle can save this organisation. Its offers a great opportunity for those who consider chaos and shortcuts as a stepping stone for their personal growth....Read More
