There is management who have their own people and they are the best in performance while they do not including any values in the work , Apart from them lot of people who are performing best in each and every activity but they are not appreciated . Management have the chain of people who are sourcing incorrect information of good peoples and share with the management to get the promotion and perk benifits during appraisal.
