Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Most of the people are really good. They are helpful and encouraging. The creative team really helps you understand the work. The commercials team is great at letting you learn the processes.

Dislikes

The owner is lacking vision BIG TIME. Their is hire and fire culture going rampant in the company. You will be asked to meet unrealistic deadlines for unrealistic goals, and then suddenly you will be let go. The company is being run by an impulsive and impatient man. The standards on which you judge creativity is so low and pathetic. There is no guidance from the management, no onboarding structure, no system in place. Just randomly thinking that in one month you can conquer everything, which is impossible. Their is no PF, Gratuity, Insurance, Salary slips, There is a physical attendance process and salary gets delayed every time- in short a pure LALA company run under a LALA Management. Also, cockroaches in the pantry. And rat problem in the office....Read More

HOK Beauty! Worst experience i've ever been a part of. The owner's [Lala] desperation has made this office into some sort of Shop in Karol bagh/paharganj (you say). No Work/Life Balance, Nuisanse of the Owner. Absuive Behaviour. No respect of employees, always treats them like formal labours. Most of the tenured employees working are incompetent. Their knowledge is limitied to what they have been taught. Plus, the pathetic owner is very toxic, his eyes will always be on you so he knows what are you doing. PATHETIC Management. OH! NO Management at ALL!. Most of the employees are not aware of how process flow, SOP's, certain policies. Another Plus point is - NO HR! (As per owner's vision; HR is an extra cost to the company/Shop).
