It's a place to grow as it's well known for manufacturing of CNC assemblies. Seniors performs out their best by helping interns as they provides time in explaining about their process and regulations.

Dislikes

A lot of employees were dissatisfied with salaries as the last sanctions happened in 1996 due to which people after working for yrs recieve a meagre salary.

Nothing encpuraging to work in the company. Employee relationship with other employees are really bad. No programs to cheer the employees. The inside politocs is also really high. I won't recommend to work there.
