Work culture is terrible. Hire and fire is the culture. Only RBM & above are on company payroll. Rest all are 3rd party employees. It makes their job easy to hire and fire.

There is a lot of people learn more think and management always help address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is very high. On the job highly training is given to new joiners.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
