HLL Lifecare is parent company of Hindlabs, where I work. Hence, all the reviews are to Hindlabs only. Hindlabs is famous for its diagnostics services. I'm thankful to this company because as a fresher I got to learn many new things about work processing and NABL Audit. Job security is good and I was asked to sign a contract of one year.

Dislikes

Politics is on peak which makes work environment toxic. Even after working for 12 hours don't receive any overtime. No career growth or salary appraisal. Work-life balance is total mess here.

Work Details

I work as Molecular Biology Trainee at Hindlabs Nagpur. It's a COVID-19 Diagnostics Lab. I perform RNA extraction and Sample accession at the laboratory. It is a very hectic job as we have to process around 400 samples and the staff is very less.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Good experience , management can be better if seniors take unbiased decisions. Partiality among subordinates by seniors .Forget about work life balance. Increment not more than 4-5 % for contract employee. Good teammates , excellent learing platform & career growth as well , depending upon managers wish .😀 Good job satisfaction, work environment bit polluted due to politics . No job security at all .
