Very nice to work here in HLE GLASCOAT. Every day new challenges have to face in job and good learning environment.But Culture among departments requires development and management are also working on these. Very supportive Management even in your personal problems.

Salary wise discrimination. The management thinks Design department is one an only important department. So, The salary of 3 year experience Design person is more than a 7 year Production and QA/QC Exceutive Engineer .
