1.The organizational structure is unclear and only exists on paper. Old employee don't follow it. 2.Job descriptions and KRAs are not at all followed. 3.The appraisal policy lacks transparency. 4.There is little subject-specific training. Only mid and top (mostly Sales team) management receive basic training. 5.Trainee staff and freshers are not properly monitored or supported though they have capabilities. 6.Decision-making often focuses on satisfying the director, not broader goals of the organisation. 7.Unnecessary hiring is happening, and the HR (they call it People Success team) department is too large. 8.The filtration and drying equipment business lacks proper management, Only focuses is on GL business. (ANFD is their gem product but ignored at the moment) 9.Skills are not fully utilized, leading to inefficiency. 10.Teamwork is lacking, and long-term employees feel insecure about new hires. 11.The company focuses on wins but overlooks learning from lost opportunities.
