This is the worst and unprofessional company I have ever seen in my career. I have cleared all the rounds and had a fair discussion with the CEO but after that, they said we would share your offer within 2 days now it is almost a month, and still, there is no update. I was calling to the hr and he said that is an FM number such a bad company

There is nothing to like, in case you are not getting placed anywhere else you can join here for 4-5 months.

The worst company to work for. Here your appraisals only yield a maximum of 5% hike if the boss deems you capable. The company deducts your salary even for being one minute late or if your total punch-in time is less than 9 hours, even if it is 8 hours 59 minutes, your amount will be deducted. You're strictly allotted two breaks: a 45-minute lunch break and a 15-minute tea break; exceeding these breaks results in deductions per minute. Additionally, you're only permitted a single two-minute break for drinking water or using the restroom exceeding which will also result in further deductions. You will be getting full support of your team members as well as the CEO. Your Job is totally secured, so dont think about job security. Too much to learn from the developers as well as the CEO. you have to be on your toes as its a service based environment

There is too much to learn from your team members , they are very cooperative. The projects are very innovative , every alternate Satudays there is a training session - in which you will learn new tech or enhance your skills.
