Transparent Hiring rather than manipulative hiring

Dislikes

- manipulative recruitment - micro management - manipulative pay-cycle - ask to do over work in the name of incentives, which are not paid later... Just to get the job done. - worst HR policies which you come to know one by one as you spend the days, which the HR Manager won't tell while hiring
