Maanagers are the worst, they don't know what manager should do.Lack of managerial skill. And joining Hitachi digital services or vantara its trap. They changed company name every year. Like Hitachi vantara to digital service and after that they stop giving you appraisal or promotion. Sometime they don't credite salary also. Whoever joining join in your risk. Bad work culture. Bad package

Management is very poor they don’t even bother about your life and health. No proper leave management system. Literally you have to beg for leaves and worse thing all Toaster they prepared as biased as they approve leaves for their loved employees and no matter how many leaves how many times they have taken still they approve but rest of the team should beg for atleast one leave . 1. Work Life Balance is maintained except few accounts which is the case everywhere 2. Clients in diverse sector and domain 3. Good learning platforms provided to people who are interested, 4. Flexi work culture was there till 2023.

1. Hitachi Digital Services (previously called Hitachi Vantara) don't have many clients, and you end up sitting on bench more than working in any projects. 2. Too much politics in assigning the projects. 3. They ask you to join within a week, hire you telling that they have projects and end up pushing the candidate in bench. 4. Worst RMG team (Resource Management Team), very tough to reach them. Even though you reach them asking to allocate some project, they never respond. 5. On the day of onboarding, I had the worst experience.. No idea what I had to do. Someone from onboarding team contacts you asking to come collect laptop and confirm over an email. You start work from the next moment with no idea what to do. No one will assist you in to their tools or the dashboard and you have to wait 15 to 30 days for your induction to happen, untill then you will no clue about the organisation You are always over working for something that do not require you to work over time or on weekends or on public holidays.
