As a company Writer Safeguard is very good as it is into cash management and deals with cash. only thing is there is no investigation & legal cell for such a huge cash that is circulated, no security for job and you can be asked to leave anytime, company policies and procedures are very good.

Dislikes

As mentioned above company is good but there is no trust in management and employees, the main team that handles the job are paid very less salary resulting in thefts and then the managers have to run behind the police and do the recovery and liaise in legal and police matter. Also the attrition is more and you need to constantly keep recruiting staff. there is no work life balance here.
