Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Dislikes

The work culture is very toxic.We don't have owrk life balance.We are not allowed to take leaves .In 2 years only 2 days leave was granted to me.We had to work on even Sundays & on holidays.I shall not recommed any one to work here.The management have a very cheap mindset.

I was an employee for 7 months . The team members were very helpful and also BM was a very good guy. Salary structure is low but it's come on time. If you want to work in low salary scale you can join there.

No work life balance. Older technologies . No further growth . Few peoples are always on a mood of work politics . If you don't have any other options only then go and work there.
