Good experience in Hitachi. But I was interested in learning platform. And I was work in that company as a trainee engineer so I can't learn more in that position. I do Very Hard work in Hitachi automotive systems. I have very tired when I came at Home. No formal training session I was learnt everything at works.

Good organization structure, experienced senior level staff, systematic working structure for procurements and facility provision.

Dislikes

Favouritism, no performance bonus to mid level employees. Plant has rulers who are near to their retirement age and those have no affection for employee morale, no growth perspective, no facility like cell phones, laptops, diaries etc. Very low yearly assessments. Only presentation work is praised and not real work. No subordinate manpower available at support function.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
